Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
• items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us about withdrawal;
• products should be returned in their original condition;
• products should not be excessively used or damaged;
• where possible, products should be returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return if they are no longer suitable for resale.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
When submitting a complaint, please include:
• order number;
• description of the issue;
• photos of the product, if possible.
